BML recently relocated their Norwich Service Centre from Drayton to Hellesdon Park Industrial Estate, Norwich, where we have established a Head Office and Norwich Service Centre, managing the business from this location with a smaller Service Centre located in Burwell, near Newmarket. We have a full telephone system with all engineers having mobiles able to access data, rolling out an ipad system to the engineers allowing better access to manufactures information. We have a full maintenance planning and control system and emails which are fully supported and backed up securely. This investment into the company’s infrastructure has been designed to future proof the company and provide a professional service to our customers.
